A modified version of Enrich-0.2 as described in Kowalsky et al.14,17,42 was used to compute enrichment ratios of individual mutants from the raw Illumina sequencing files. An enrichment ratio of variant i (εi) is defined as the log 2 transform of the frequency of variant i in the selected population relative to a reference population.
Statistical analysis, from cited ref 14 indicates errors reported for all experiments are STD.
